Thanks to all those who took part in our Christmas Family Fun Day and special Thanks to Jurassic Perk for stepping in and hosting Santa late on, also the parents and children who queued in the cold to see him.

We know Santa is a very popular attraction and the Chamber will be looking at options for next year to see if we can reduce the waiting times to meet him.

The Reindeer and Owl were also very popular, but if you missed them here are some photos from social media.

See you all again next year!

The Chamber welcomes new members :

Firstly we would like to thank all those who have already paid their contribution towards this year’s Christmas lights.    We had a good feedback last year and this year we would like to try and light up one or two of the trees but this will depend on how much money we get from you in contributions.    This year we are asking for a contribution of £50 from all businesses but hope the larger shops will contribute more and we particularly appeal to the multiples to give us a contribution as all businesses big and small benefit from the Christmas lights.   If you have not yet paid your contribution please make payment online through our web site or hand it in at C S Bedford 135 High Street.

With the ever increasing pressure on our police, We feel it is time to increase the Chamber's profile in this area.
